In this area, buying commercial property can be a challenge. Everyone that is looking for a spot on the market has their real estate company looking tirelessly for a viable space. I was no different. However, I was looking at it from a different perspective. I needed something that would allow me to set the space up for a client that was ready to move in. There are plenty of big open spaces available, but when small business owners are looking to start, they want to do as little as possible to get it up to standards.
